An accomplished trainer and facilitator, and qualified business coach, Claire is well versed in business improvement and the effective management of organisational change. Drawing on her experience as an internal consultant in a major utility, she focuses on culture change, customer and employee satisfaction, and personal development.
Before becoming a consultant in 2005, Claire spent 10 years as a customer service and quality professional in the telecoms and utility sectors, where she led performance improvement programmes and culture change initiatives, including the delivery of extensive training in communication and change to a large management population.
As a consultant, Claire has designed and delivered several major employee satisfaction programmes for public and private sector companies, administered 360° review programmes and provided executive performance coaching to a number of high profile organisations.
Education and qualifications
Claire has a BA (Hons) in Communication and Languages and an MBA from Aston University. She also studied a standalone MSc module in Positive Organisational Psychology at Aston and is a member of the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology.
In addition, Claire is qualified to work with the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), which she uses extensively in coaching and training work. She also holds an Advanced Certificate in Business Coaching from the Business Coaching Foundation, and an NLP diploma.
