Jacqui specialises in developing business, management and interpersonal skills for both individuals and teams. She works with a wide range of clients, from large complex corporates through to microbusinesses and start-ups. She specialises in supporting businesses in the early years and childcare sector.
Having spent the early part of her career in training and development roles in the financial services sector, Jacqui has worked as a consultant since 1997, specialising in management and interpersonal skills training and coaching. In that time she has designed and delivered management development programmes for government departments and commercial organisations throughout the UK.
Jacqui is also experienced in the development of HR processes and systems to support the management of people, including performance appraisals, balanced scorecards and 360° feedback.
Education & qualifications
Jacqui is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an Accredited Coach. She is an Accredited Auditor for the Responsible Business Standard.
To support her work with small businesses Jacqui is SFEDI Accredited and a Member of the Institute of Consulting.
She is also qualified to work with the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Jigsaw@work and Appraisal360, tools which she uses extensively in her coaching and training work.
